Our Ocean from Space, a collaboration between UNESCO and the European Space Agency (ESA), was displayed at the Ecomondo International Fair, a major event for green and circular economy recently held in Rimini, Italy. The exhibition was presented with the support of Planetek Italia, a key partner in the project. Ecomondo brings together industrial groups, stakeholders, policymakers, opinion leaders, local authorities, research institutions, and organisations to discuss and shape strategies for advancing European environmental policies.

 

Showcasing at Ecomondo, a non-space-focused event, presented a unique opportunity to reach and engage a diverse audience, including professionals and decision-makers from sectors such as water management, agriculture, security, and transportation, as well as media professionals, students, and the general public.
