The "Our Ocean from Space" exhibition is gaining momentum in Nice, where the third UN Ocean Conference (UNOC) will take place from June 9 to June 13.
The exhibition will be showcased on the iconic Promenade des Anglais from April 12 to May 19, located in front of the Centre Universitaire Méditerranéen (CUM). A roundtable discussion at CUM will occur on April 16, addressing the challenges of coastal areas.
Following this, the exhibition will continue its tour at the Observatory of Côte d’Azur, a renowned scientific and heritage site, which will host UNOC side events. The exhibition will be accessible until June 30, with daily guided tours available.
The exhibitions in Nice have been made possible thanks to the support of Mercator Ocean International, Copernicus Marine, the Nice Metropole, and the Observatory of Côte d’Azur.. "Our Ocean from Space" is coproduced by UNESCO and ESA, with the participation of Mercator, CNES, ASI, SHOM, Prométhée Earth Intelligence, CMCC, ICGC, MSRO, and Planetek.
